Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will be responsible for providing early help and practical support to customers, ensuring they can access services when they need them and helping them achieve positive outcomes that enable them to sustain their tenancy. You'll work closely with tenants, colleagues, partner organisations and voluntary sector services to identify solutions, resolve issues and improve communities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering a robust housing management service, including tenancy management.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for tenants and leaseholders, providing professional advice and support.
  • Working with vulnerable customers and supporting them to access appropriate services and support networks.
  • Developing strong partnerships with internal teams, external agencies and community organisations to achieve positive outcomes for tenants and communities.
  • Promoting resident involvement, engagement and empowerment.
  • Using a problem-solving and flexible approach to resolve complex issues, including the use of mediation and negotiation skills where appropriate.
  • Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping to increase customer satisfaction across the service.
  • Preparing clear and professional communications for customers, colleagues and partners.

About You

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting people and improving communities. You will have:

  • GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and sensitively with a wide range of people both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience of working towards targets and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Strong partnership working skills and the ability to collaborate with a range of organisations and stakeholders.
  • Experience of using databases, case management systems or similar ICT systems.
  • Good digital skills and confidence using a variety of software packages.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, equality and diversity, and health and safety responsibilities relevant to the role.
  • The ability to work flexibly, respond positively to change and manage a varied workload.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
