Job Title: Housing Manager - Permanent
Location: Highlands of Scotland

About The Role / Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Housing Manager to lead a dedicated Housing Management team and deliver exceptional services to customers and communities. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals ready to step into a leadership role, focusing on customer service, team development, and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day housing management services, including tenancy management, allocations, income collection, estate management, anti-social behaviour, and tenancy sustainment.
  • Ensure services are customer-focused, compliant, and continuously improving.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support broader organisational objectives.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications

  • At least three years' experience working within a Registered Social Landlord or housing-related organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of housing management, housing legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive service improvements.

Education Requirements

  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in housing management or related field.
  • Additional certifications in housing legislation or management are advantageous.
