Housing & Support Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £37,000-£40,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
Our client is a growing supported housing provider seeking an experienced and motivated Housing & Support Manager to lead its Bristol portfolio.
This hands-on role combines housing management, resident support, staff leadership, safeguarding, and operational oversight. You will manage a team of Support Workers, ensure high-quality service delivery, and help strengthen systems and processes as the organisation continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the Bristol portfolio.
- Manage, support, and develop a team of Support Workers.
- Monitor performance, conduct supervision meetings, and support staff development.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee resident welfare, risk management, and service quality.
- Maintain property standards, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
- Build effective relationships with local authorities, health services, probation, and partner agencies.
- Ensure accurate record keeping, reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Identify and implement service improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

About You
- Experience managing or supervising staff within supported housing, housing, social care, or a related setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and professional boundaries.
- Confident decision-maker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality support services and contributing to organisational growth.
