Housing Management Solicitor or Associate
Are you an experienced solicitor with a background in contentious housing law or property litigation? Due to continued success, Cobb Warren have a vacancy for a Housing Management Solicitor or Associate (depending on experience).
You will handle a case load including:
- Anti-Social Behaviour claims
- Tenancy enforcement claims
- Possession claims
- Advising on policy matters
- Training clients on existing and emerging legal issues
- Advocacy
You will run your own caseload and advise the firm's clients, who are an impressive list of the leading housing providers in the South and West.

The ideal applicant will:
- Have experience in housing or property litigation
- Have experience of some advocacy
- Be proactive
- Have experience in managing their own caseload
- Have experience in working in a team
- Be based in the South and West - with the ability to remote work (some attendance will be necessary at our head office in Bristol for training and team meetings, otherwise we will consider majority remote working if based away from Bristol)
