We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Qualified Electrician to join our Repairs & Maintenance Team conducting repairs in tenanted and empty properties within the Operations Directorate.

  • You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to work within our customer’s homes for the completion of repair and maintenance works.
  • You will possess the appropriate City and Guilds, or equivalent qualification, combined with Knowledge of general building and construction.
  • You will require a friendly and positive outlook, along with experience of dealing with the public and a full valid driving licence.
