We are currently supporting a respected Housing Association in their search for an experienced Housing Services Manager to join their team on an interim basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with a strong background in tenancy management, resident engagement, service delivery, and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operational housing services across a designated portfolio.
- Drive service improvement initiatives and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Oversee tenancy and estate management functions.
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Manage, motivate, and develop housing teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Handle complex tenancy and resident issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Candidate Criteria
- Proven experience in a Housing Services Manager, Neighbourhood Services Manager, or similar leadership role within social housing.
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management, estate services, ASB, and resident engagement.
- Experience managing and developing operational housing teams.
- Up-to-date understanding of housing legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage performance, drive service improvements, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to start at short notice or within a reasonable timeframe.
