Location: West Dunbartonshire

Contract: Temporary - ASAP to end of January 2027

Hours: 35 hours - Mon - Fri

Salary: EVH Grade 5


We are currently recruiting for a Customer Adviser to join a busy housing organisation on a temporary basis until the end of January 2027.

You will provide a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants and service users, acting as a key point of contact and providing administrative support across areas including repairs, voids, allocations, lettings, rent arrears, asset compliance, and contractor management.

We are looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and solution-oriented, with strong communication and administration skills. Previous experience within housing, property, local government, or a similar customer service environment would be advantageous.
