About the Company

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Housing Solicitor to join our expanding Housing Claims and Housing Disrepair Litigation team. The role has arisen due to continued expansion and unprecedented client demand. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in housing claims, housing disrepair, or related litigation matters who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and growing team. We are expanding our Housing Claims Department, alongside other litigation matters, and are looking for someone who can manage a varied caseload while delivering excellent client care and achieving key performance targets.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and working closely with senior management and the wider team to meet key metrics and targets, whilst delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a main point of contact for a range of clients.
  • Manage a varied caseload covering housing claims, housing disrepair and related litigation matters.
  • Conduct matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
  • Experience with the Pro Claim System is a plus.
  • Provide support and guidance to fellow team members regarding casework and best practice.
  • Ensure the development of your caseload and monthly revenue targets are met.
  • Meet expected performance updates, targets and revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain high standards of client care and professional service.

  • Minimum 2 years' PQE in litigation/housing claims or relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience in housing disrepair and/or housing litigation is preferred.
  • Ability to commute to London N12.
  • Work location: In person.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively while working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay range and compensation package

  • Salary: £60,000–£75,000 per year + bonus. Bonus of up to £15,000 per annum, based on billings. Full-time, permanent position. Monday to Friday. Company pension.
