About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist: Housing to lead the procurement and implementation of a new Housing & Repairs Management System.

This is a high-profile, strategic assignment requiring someone with strong social housing, housing systems, procurement, and programme delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project from procurement and supplier selection through to implementation, mobilisation, and embedding new ways of working.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams.

Required Experience

  • Significant housing system experience.
  • Proven experience procuring and implementing housing/repairs management systems.
  • Strong programme and project management expertise.
  • Experience delivering service transformation and organisational change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A proven track record delivering complex projects to challenging deadlines.

Contract Details

  • 10-month contract.
  • Hybrid based - 2/3 days per week in office.
  • Day Rate: Negotiable on an umbrella company basis.
