Hyde is looking for a Housing Team Leader to lead and support a frontline housing team, helping to deliver a proactive, customer-focused service for our customers.

As a Housing Team Leader at Hyde, you will manage and develop a team, providing guidance on complex housing matters and ensuring services are delivered effectively, in line with performance targets, contractual requirements, and customer expectations.

You will also drive the delivery of a comprehensive housing service that meets the needs and expectations of residents and stakeholders, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Key Duties

  • Advise and support the team in handling complex housing matters, fostering a strong performance culture to meet targets and resolve enquiries at the first point of contact.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints about Housing and ASB services, liaising with the Partners and external stakeholders when required.

  • Oversee tenancy changes, including assignments, successions, mutual exchanges, and unauthorised occupation, ensuring they are handled efficiently and in line with contractual requirements and customer expectations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
