- Support PAs, Social Workers, and Lead Professionals to identify housing risks early, provide case consultations, maintain risk trackers, and ensure every care leaver has a planned and sustainable housing pathway.
- Deliver training, housing surgeries, guidance, and practice tools to build practitioner confidence in homelessness prevention, housing options, tenancy sustainment, affordability, statutory duties, and the Leaving Care Housing Protocol.

- Experience of supporting children, young people, care leavers, or vulnerable adults to achieve positive outcomes.

- The ability to build positive relationships with young people, colleagues, and partner organisations.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload and respond to changing priorities.
- A commitment to improving outcomes for care leavers and young people at risk of homelessness.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in housing, social care, youth support, or a related field.
- The ability to travel across Suffolk as required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
