Are you an experienced Digital Print Operator looking to take the next step in your career?
At Eurostampa UK, we produce premium labels for some of the world's most recognised wine, spirits, food and luxury brands. As part of our continued investment and growth taking place at our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Cumbernauld, we are looking for a Digital HP Operator to join our Digital team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment where innovation and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
The Role
Reporting to the Digital Production Manager, you will be responsible for operating an HP Digital Press to produce high-quality labels to customer specifications while ensuring maximum efficiency, quality and safety standards are maintained.
You will play an important role in delivering exceptional products to our customers by monitoring print quality, maintaining equipment, supporting process improvements and helping drive operational excellence across the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate HP Digital Press equipment in accordance with work tickets and production schedules.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all materials, consumables and supplies are available for production runs.
- Monitor and maintain exceptional print quality, including colour accuracy, consistency and material standards.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
- Maintain printing equipment and perform routine maintenance activities.
- Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Planning, Customer Service and Technical teams to optimise production efficiency.
- Assist in training and supporting new team members within the Digital Department.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and ensure machinery and work areas remain clean and organised.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to maintain a smooth production workflow.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience operating digital printing equipment within a manufacturing or print environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to health, safety and continuous improvement.

Desirable
- Experience operating HP Indigo or similar digital press technology.
- Experience within the labels, packaging or print industry.
- Understanding of colour management and print quality standards.
