Your Contribution to the Organization:
The HPE Managed Services Delivery EMEA & LATAM Region Leader is responsible for the overall management of remote and local delivery of Managed Services across UKIMEA, Central, North West Europe, LASER South and LASER Latin America geographies. Our Sofia, Tunis, Costa Rica and Cape Town IT Operation Centers provide effective delivery of remote Managed Services to our EMEA & LATAM customers. This leader will also collaborate with CDS who manages the Milan IT Operations Center. This leader will drive Managed Services Delivery across our EMEA & LATAM Operations ensuring the team is operating consistently within ITSM/ITIL standards delivering secure managed services. This leader is responsible for the Customer Experience and Gross Margin across the overall operations and is a key partner with the country Sales, Professional Services Delivery, and Support Services Delivery teams. Position reports up to Vice President of HPE Managed Services Delivery.
How You’ll Make Your Mark:
- Provides leadership and direction for our HPE Managed Services Delivery EMEA & LATAM Operations
- Is accountable for Managed Services Delivery EMEA & LATAM Operations customer experience
- Is responsible for Manage Services Delivery EMEA & LATAM Operations delivery execution
- Is responsible for implementing and adhering to HPE Managed Services Delivery operational and security standards
- Drives efficiencies to deliver increased profitability and meet industry level margin
- Enables growth opportunities and reference accounts through flawless execution of Managed Services
- Drives collaboration across HPE Operations teams including Professional Services Delivery, Support Services Delivery, Managed Services Security, Hybrid Cloud BU Engineering & Portfolio teams, along with Sales and Pursuit.
- Responsible for delivering customer SLAs
- Responsible for services margin for deals supported within defined geography, ensuring greater focus on cost/revenue business fundamentals
- Develops executive level relationships with top accounts

What You’ll Need:
- Must have HPE Services, Managed Services, Cloud Service Provider or Services industry experience
- Exceptional Services knowledge: Expert knowledge of HPE Service offerings, business model, market dynamics, and HPE Managed Services strategy
- English written and verbal communication proficiency
- Able to create and build highly effective global support team
- Drive industry best in class Managed Services delivery team performance
- Leadership - Able to lead effectively in a complex environment, and deliver results; Able to influence without direct authority; Able to balance between competing priorities and be flexible and creative
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels in HPE and client global organizations
- Ability to effectively manage costs
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, develop effective relationships across organizations, accomplish goals under pressure situations, and manage organizational change
- Executive level presentation skills
- Highly developed customer satisfaction skills
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams in a rapidly expanding market opportunity for HPE
- Well connected with internal functions, customers and industry partners
- Strategic planning acumen that translates HPE Services and HPE Managed Services business goals into actionable strategies
- Proven execution of business plans that meet business operational goals
- Relevant knowledge of managed services market dynamics
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to deliver both customized and standard managed services and manage difficult operational situations while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ability to interface with all levels within our customer’s organization, instill confidence in HPE Managed Services
- Excellent people management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate and achieve results through direct reports and other stakeholders
