Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

You'll play a key role in keeping our HR Consultancy team organised and running smoothly. From managing client enquiries and the HR Administration inbox to preparing proposals, coordinating projects and maintaining accurate records, you'll help ensure an excellent experience for our clients at every stage of their journey with us. You'll also support the team with reporting, invoicing and maintaining our internal systems, helping to keep everything accurate and up to date. Working closely with HR Consultants, clients and colleagues across the business, you'll be at the heart of delivering an efficient and professional HR service. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, has a keen eye for detail and is keen to build a career in a busy and supportive HR environment.

About You

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, accurate and able to manage a varied workload and changing priorities. You'll be confident managing busy inboxes or handling a high volume of enquiries whilst maintaining a customer and employee-focused approach. You'll be comfortable using your own initiative, keen to learn new systems and processes, and able to build positive working relationships with both colleagues and clients. Strong IT skills are essential, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint, along with a flexible and proactive approach and a genuine commitment to delivering a high level of service. Experience of HR administration, minute taking and using systems such as Salesforce would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in candidates with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn.
