This role is offered on a Part Time basis working 30 hours per week over 4 amount of days with optional hybrid working available. The pro rata salary for this role is £21,491.20.

Priory Hospital Ticehurst House, Ticehurst, East Sussex is a mental health inpatient service providing person-centred care and support for adults with conditions including depression, anxiety, stress, and PTSD. Due to the rural location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

As a HR Administrator, you will help ensure all HR processes run smoothly, supporting the employee lifecycle while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
