HR Administrator | North Birmingham | 3 month temporary contract | £28,000 | Full Time | Immediate Start
Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently supporting a well-established organisation in north Birmingham with the recruitment of an HR Administrator to join their team on an initial 3-month temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy, structured HR function where you will provide hands-on administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
The Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, you will provide accurate and efficient HR administration support, including:
- Preparing and issuing employment contracts and associated documentation
- Supporting the onboarding process for new starters
- Completing and maintaining Right to Work checks
- Updating and maintaining accurate employee records
- Supporting general HR administration across the employee lifecycle
- Responding to employee and manager queries where appropriate
- Ensuring HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and in line with company procedures

About You
We are looking for someone who has solid HR administration experience gained within a large or complex organisation.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience working in an HR Administrator / HR Coordinator position
- Strong understanding of core HR administration processes
- Experience managing contracts, onboarding, and Right to Work checks
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence working with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience within a larger organisation, where established HR processes and procedures are in place
