Temporary HR Administrator (DSAR Support)
Location: Hybrid – Corby (1 day per week in the office, typically Wednesdays)
Duration: Approximately 2–3 weeks (potential to flex depending on workload)
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:45am – 4:45pm
Hourly rate: £15.00 per hour
To start on: Monday 3 August 2026

We're supporting a well-established organisation with the urgent appointment of a temporary HR Administrator to support their People team with a number of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).

Working closely with the People Specialists, you'll review documentation, identify information that requires redaction and ensure sensitive data is handled accurately and in line with GDPR requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review HR documentation and email correspondence relating to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
- Redact confidential and third-party information using Adobe PDF.
- Identify information that could directly or indirectly identify another individual.
- Remove duplicate or unnecessary information where appropriate.
- Ensure documentation is completed accurately and within strict deadlines.
- Work closely with the HR Specialist team to resolve queries.
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.
