The Role
As our HR Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, efficiently and in line with our values. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role will be suited to someone experience in HR administration who enjoys process, structure and enabling others to succeed.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and being the first point of contact for HR queries. You’ll work closely with the HR team and the wider company team to deliver a great employee experiences across the lifecycle.
What We Expect You To Do
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all employee data is up to date
- Prepare contracts, letters, and other documentation throughout the employee journey
- Track key milestones (e.g. probation, reviews, training) and send reminders as required
Recruitment and On-Boarding
- Post job adverts, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication
- Prepare offer documentation and onboarding materials
- Support employee induction, ensuring all compliance documents are completed
- Assist with background checks and other pre-employment tasks
HR Systems and Compliance
- Ensure documentation and data are processed in line with GDPR and internal policy
- Maintain filing systems
- Assist with payroll changes and monthly reporting
- Support benefits enrolment, changes, and employee queries
- Help organise HR audits and maintain compliance with legislation

People Support
- Be the first point of contact for general HR queries, escalating when necessary
- Help organise employee communications, engagement events and training sessions
- Support preparation for internal meetings
- Manage the HR inbox, responding to or routing employee inquiries
Project and Operational Support
- Assist with HR projects such as system upgrades, policy reviews and audits
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes
Key Competencies:

- Strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS tools
What We Are Looking For From You
We would like you to have the following:
- 3+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar people-focused role
- Solid understanding of HR processes and record-keeping best practices
- Experience preparing contracts, managing HR documents and coordinating recruitment
- Comfortable managing sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality
- Highly organised, personable, and committed to service excellence
- CIPD Level 3 or above (or working toward) is desirable
