Temporary HR Administrator
To support with a project until the end of the year and need to be able to start as soon as possible.
Location
Christchurch - hybrid working
Salary
£16.00 - £17.00 an hour - parking on site
Requirements
Must have strong data entry / systems experience along with some HR experience. This is to help support with the data on the HR system Cezanne ready for annual appraisals for January.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, contract variations and leaver documentation
- Manage onboarding and offboarding administration, including right to work checks, references, IT and equipment requests, and induction scheduling
- Maintain accurate employee records on the HRIS and in personnel files, ensuring GDPR compliance at all times
- Process starter, leaver and change notifications to payroll, and assist with monthly payroll data checks
- Track and record absence, holiday and sickness, escalating triggers to the Head of HR
- Coordinate probation review reminders and ensure outcomes are documented
- Schedule meetings, take accurate notes in HR meetings where required, and manage the HR inbox, triaging queries and responding to routine questions
- Support recruitment administration, including posting roles, arranging interviews and liaising with candidates and agencies
- Assist with the preparation of reports, organisation charts and people data for management
- Provide ad hoc administrative support on HR projects, including integration and harmonisation activity, under direction
- Handle all information with absolute discretion and confidentiality
