HR (Onboarding) Administrator
Location: Croydon
Job Type: Temporary (until November)

Our client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR (Onboarding) Administrator to join our central HR Operations team on a temporary basis until November. This role is crucial for supporting the onboarding of Head Office employees and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Reporting to the Central HR Manager, the HR (Onboarding) Administrator will manage pre-employment checks, ensure safer recruitment compliance, handle contract administration, payroll setup, and coordinate all new starter requirements to ensure employees are ready to start on time.

Day-to-day Of The Role
- Manage pre-employment checks and ensure safer recruitment compliance.
- Handle contract administration and payroll setup for new starters.
- Coordinate all new starter requirements to ensure timely and smooth onboarding.
- Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and new starters, providing necessary support and guidance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and update the Single Central Record.
- Support the induction process for new employees.
- Provide wider HR administrative support and assist academies with onboarding queries.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or onboarding administration.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of safer recruitment and pre-employment screening processes.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
