HR Administrator (3 months, PAYE)
We are looking for a proactive, well-organised HR Administrator to join our client’s HR team on a temporary basis. You will support the full recruitment process from advert through to onboarding, and provide day-to-day HR administration. This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision.
Key facts:
- Contract: Full time, 3 months temporary contract, PAYE
- Location: Hybrid - home-based blended, with 2 days per week working from offices in central London
- Gross Pay rate (PAYE) range: £16.35 – 17.93 per hour plus rolled up holiday pay
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, core hours 10:00 – 16:00
- Start date: Wednesday 21st October 2026
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Carry out the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting all aspects through to onboarding
- Input data into HR and recruitment systems and respond to queries
- Assist with the administration of consultancies, secondments and service level provisions
- Provide general HR administration and support
- Take main responsibility for keeping the recruitment schedule up to date
- Monitor the HR general email and recruitment inboxes, responding to queries and signposting to the appropriate HR colleagues (on a rota basis)
- Manage the long-term absence spreadsheet

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Clear and concise writing style
- Some experience of working in a team
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise your own workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to undertake your own administration, with the necessary keyboard skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and well presented
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to complete a DBS check before starting
Desirable:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
