HR Administrator Wetherby (LS22 5DZ) £26,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Ever been told you’re ridiculously organised? Do you secretly love a checklist, thrive on being busy, and get a strange satisfaction from everything being just right?
Good. You might be exactly who we’re looking for.
About The Role
Welcome to HR180 - where no two days are the same, and “quiet day” isn’t really in our vocabulary.
As our HR Support Administrator, you’ll be the engine room behind a busy team of HR Advisors and Partners, helping deliver seamless HR support to a variety of clients. Think of yourself as the glue that keeps everything together.
You’ll Be
- Creating contracts, offer letters and all things “new starter”
- Keeping track of leavers, probations, references and right-to-work checks
- Organising hearings, typing notes, sending letters and keeping cases watertight
- Supporting everything from disciplinaries and grievances to maternity and absence management
- Making sure nothing slips through the cracks (because you won’t let it)
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
