HR Administrator
Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your HR career within a supportive and fast-paced environment? Are you passionate about delivering an excellent employee experience and providing high-quality support to managers and colleagues across the business? We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our HR Connect team, where you will play a key role in providing professional HR and payroll administration, supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle and helping to deliver an efficient and customer-focused HR service.
Your Role
As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, responsive and efficient HR shared service. Acting as a first point of contact for employees, managers and stakeholders, you will provide accurate advice and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, payroll-related activities and offboarding.
As a valued member of the HR Connect team, you will help shape the employee experience by delivering accurate, efficient and customer-focused HR support. Supporting key activities across the employee lifecycle, you will ensure HR and payroll processes run smoothly, records are maintained accurately and employees and managers receive timely and professional support.

What you’ll bring
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a genuine interest in developing a career within Human Resources. You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, capable of managing a varied workload and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A high level of accuracy, a customer-focused approach, and confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, are essential. Previous experience within an HR shared services or administrative environment would be advantageous, however we are equally keen to hear from candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to personal development within HR.
