HR Administrator
Permanent Hybrid LE67

SF Partners are exclusively partnering with a well established head office function in LE67 and are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their head office and shared services team on a permanent hybrid basis.
This varied role offers the opportunity to support the full employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and employees to ensure HR processes are managed efficiently, accurately and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR enquiries, providing guidance to managers on established policies and procedures.
- Manage HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding.
- Prepare and process HR documentation such as contracts, employee changes, family leave, long service awards and employee recognition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HR system.
- Complete Right to Work checks, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Monitor and manage the shared HR inbox, responding to enquiries and escalating when appropriate.
- Coordinate and oversee the probation review process.
- Support managers and employees with general HR administration and queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, ensuring administration is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills & Experience
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role, ideally within a busy or fast-paced environment.
- Possesses a strong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle administration.
- Is highly organised, structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is confident engaging with employees and managers at all levels.
- Can work independently, taking ownership of their workload, while also having the confidence to ask questions and seek support when needed.
- Is comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Demonstrates good Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality HR administration and a positive employee experience.
