HR Administrator
A well-established events business are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their People team.
Supporting the wider HR team, you'll be involved in the full employee lifecycle, keeping processes running smoothly and ensuring employees and managers receive a great level of support.
From onboarding and contracts through to maintaining employee records, HRIS updates and general employee queries, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the function. There will also be opportunities to get involved in wider HR projects and process improvements as the business continues to evolve.

You'll ideally have at least 6 months' experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role, with a good understanding of core HR processes and a naturally organised, detail-oriented approach.
Experience using HRIS systems is essential, with Workday experience particularly desirable. You'll be confident maintaining accurate employee data, navigating systems and supporting the smooth running of HR processes.
