HR Administrator

Salary: £28,000k + study support
Location: Liverpool

I am delighted to be exclusively supporting a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a welcoming and supportive team. This is an excellent role for someone looking to build their HR career, gain broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, and develop within a fast-paced environment.

Working from a lovely office with a friendly team, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of HR activities, with plenty of support, guidance, and opportunities for progression.

The Role

This is a varied, generalist HR role where no two days will be the same. You will support across the full employee lifecycle, including:

  • Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries
  • Supporting recruitment processes, including screening and coordination
  • Managing onboarding processes from start to finish
  • Supporting offboarding and ensuring leavers are processed accurately for payroll
  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives
  • Supporting internal promotions and employee changes
  • Helping with learning and development activities
  • Supporting employee engagement, reward, and benefits initiatives
  • Working closely with the wider HR team on day-to-day priorities

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing their HR career and enjoys working with people. You will ideally have:

  • Some HR administration experience, or a relevant HR qualification (completed or currently working towards)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people at all levels
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A proactive, task-focused approach with the ability to manage deadlines
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
  • A genuine interest in building a career within HR
