Human Resources Administrator
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent | Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Administrator to join a luxury boutique business based in London.
This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day HR function, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and HR operations. It's an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their career within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding for new starters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
- Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and policy administration.
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to HR queries and provide administrative support to the wider team.

About You
- Previous experience within a HR Administration role.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR processes.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- French speaking is desirable but not essential.
- Proactive, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
