About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Human Resources team at our Birmingham Head Office.
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function by taking ownership of a wide range of administrative tasks and providing an efficient, proactive, and confidential service to the HR team, managers, and employees across the business.
This is a full-time position offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to develop your HR knowledge within a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
This is a varied generalist administration role with a particular focus on:
- Managing onboarding and new starter processes
- Completing employment reference requests
- Processing DBS checks
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities
- Providing excellent customer service to employees and managers
- Ensuring all administration is completed accurately, efficiently, and confidentially

You will be working within a busy office environment where organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
What We’re Looking For
Previous HR experience is not essential; however, it would be advantageous if you are already studying towards or have achieved a CIPD Level 3 qualification.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills
- Be a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
- Have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
- Possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ideally have experience working within a corporate office environment
