Together, our divisions employ more than 2,500 people and support over 400 clients nationwide, delivering essential property repairs, maintenance, refurbishment, decarbonisation and building safety services that keep homes and public buildings operating at their best. Each year we complete over 400,000 repairs, helping to keep tenants safe, properties performing and owners fully compliant.
The Role
Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive administrative support to Axis CLC's HR function. Responsible for delivering all aspects of HR administration in a timely, efficient, effective, and accurate manner, while maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage all HR administration matters across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and induction through to leaver processes.
- Accurately create and maintain employee records within the HR database, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts of employment via Adobe Sign, ensuring all contracts are sent on time
- Produce and process contractual documentation, including contract changes, variation and leaver letters, employment references, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and secure electronic employee files, ensuring all documentation is appropriately recorded and filed.
- Deliver a high level of customer service by efficiently managing the HR mailbox, responding to employee and manager queries, and ensuring enquiries are resolved or appropriately escalated in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Experience in HR administration or a similar HR support role.
- CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification or currently working towards one.
- Strong prioritisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy when handling employee data and HR documentation.
- Passion for HR, with a commitment to providing a high-quality and customer-focused HR service.
