Job Description
What you can expect
- Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2026
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Wednesday, 07:30 - 15:30, 30 minute unpaid break (22.5 hours a week)
Areas of Responsibility
Payroll
- Support with the completion of the daily T&As
- Support with inputting R.T.W forms through our payroll system/Workday and updating employee personnel files
- Managing the employee absence line, recording all relevant information in the Absence Tracker, updating line managers on staff absences, and issuing communication emails.
- Support with the payroll administration, under the guidance of HRBP.
- Support with the completion of the weekly payroll process.
- Entering employees’ details into the HR system accurately - Equator (K3 Syspro) & Workday
- Updating bank holidays and closed holiday period on Equator for all colleagues in the business
- Responding to Payroll queries on taking the relevant actions.

Compliance/WORKDAY
- Supporting with HR compliance in eligibility to work documentation and passports.
- Maintaining employee’s records, files and spreadsheets in line with data protection legislation.
- Sending relevant emails to managers.
- Supporting with leaver process.
HR Ad-Hoc
- Provide administrative support to the HR team where required.
- An understanding of HR policies & practices.
- Build positive and effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Filing documentation in the employee’s personnel files.
- Supporting with employee queries where appropriate, sending email correspondence.
- Checking the HR post-box at each site.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required under the guidance of HRBP.
- Support with any birthday voucher queries.
- Undertake other responsible tasks that may be required from time to time as directed by the needs of the business and/or your Line Manager.
- Supporting with employee biometrics enrolment, SFDC, as and when required.

Employee Engagement
- Responsible for HR notice boards. Updating information across all sites.
- Daily checking the HR post-box at each site.
What you bring
Knowledge & Skills
Essential Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English minimum level 1 /2 equivalent
- Full Driving Licence
Desirable Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English grade 4 or above or equivalent
Essential Skills
- IT skills, including Advanced Microsoft / Excel / PowerPoint
- The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Great communicator
- Positive attitude & drive
- Organized
- Keeping sensitive information private and confidential
Desirable Skills
- 1 Years minimum within an Admin function
Functional Knowledge & Experience
- Payroll processes and HR processes
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent administration, organisation and customer service skills
- Team working

- Exposure to working in a medium sized company.
- Proactive approach to own continuous development
