HR Administrator (6 Month FTC)
Location: Hybrid
Salary: £27,000 - £31,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Contract: 6 Month FTC (potential to extend)
The Opportunity
Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be supporting our client in their search for an HR Administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will support a range of HR administration activities, helping to maintain accurate employee records and assist with an ongoing HR and payroll systems transition.
What will you be doing?
- Managing HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers, and contractual changes.
- Maintaining employee records and HR system data.
- Supporting payroll administration and data processing.
- Assisting with the transition of HR systems.
- Responding to employee and manager queries.
- Producing HR documentation and correspondence.
- Ensuring compliance with HR processes and GDPR requirements.
- Supporting continuous improvement across HR administration processes.

Who are we looking for?
Essential
- Previous HR Administration experience.
- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
Desirable
- Experience with SAP or other HR systems.
- Exposure to payroll administration.
- Experience supporting system or process changes.
