Summary
Caddick Construction is a family-owned business renowned for quality, integrity, and innovation in the construction sector. We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join us in our Wakefield Head office.

What You’ll Do
- Maintaining accurate digital records, updating the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with staff changes, and ensuring data security.
- Coordinating the new hire process, creating contracts, and managing leaver processes through the HRIS
- Addressing employee questions regarding company policies and benefits.
- Keeping our HR trackers up to date, ensure legal compliance is in place and report to HRBP any irregularities.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.
- Support compliance and contribute to internal and external audit requirements.
- Answer the queries that come in through the HR group email account.
- General administrative tasks to support the team.

What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
- CIPD level 3 an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS products including Word and Excel
Personal Attributes
- Strong organisational skills, data management proficiency, experience using HRIS/MS Office.
- Foundational understanding of employment laws and HR policies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all employees.
- Ability to work on own using initiative and collaboratively working as part of a team.
