As an HR Administrator, you will contribute by providing dependable, people-centred HR administration that helps employees and managers receive the right support at the right time.
Based in Derry/Londonderry, our Global HR Shared Services Hub connects colleagues across countries and business areas to deliver high-quality HR support at scale. You will join a collaborative team where local expertise has global reach, giving you the opportunity to build broad HR knowledge and make a visible impact on the employee experience.
Your Role
HR Administrators play a key role in Global HR Shared Services supporting a broad range of HR services to Fujitsu employees across the employee lifecycle.
- As an HR Administrator in our first-line team, you will provide consistent first-line people-centred support across various HR topics and respond to queries from multiple channels such as live chat, HR tickets, and customer calls.
- As part of the HR Shared Services team you will have access to a range of knowledge banks, process libraries and policy guidelines as well as onsite experts to help you perform your role.
- Working with colleagues across HR and the wider business, you will help ensure requests are handled accurately, securely and in line with agreed processes, while identifying practical ways to improve the employee experience.
- You will manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement. Preparing and issuing accurate HR correspondence, contracts, amendments and supporting documents using approved templates and processes.
- HR Administrators use a range of systems to update and maintain employee data, recording clear case notes and trackers to ensure activity is easy to follow and handover.

What You Will Bring
- Self-starter with strong organisation and prioritisation skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
- Confidence using multiple digital tools and learning new systems, processes and ways of working.
- HR Shared Services is a continuously evolving environment requiring individuals who are comfortable with change.
- Investigative and detail orientated with a commitment to continuous improvement and producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication, with a helpful and people-centred approach.
- Good judgement when handling sensitive information, following controls and escalating issues appropriately.
- A collaborative and improvement-focused mindset comfortable with change, with the ability to work reliably across teams.
