A dynamic, global business is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join its team based near Heathrow on a permanent basis. This role is fully office based so you will need to be on-site 4 - 5 days per week.
Role Overview As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR function. You will play a key role in driving employee engagement and ensuring best practice across all HR activities. You will provide advice on employee relations matters, drive performance management, act as a point of escalation, and support managers with complex employee relations issues.

Requirements
- Proven HR professional with a solid understanding of HR best practice
- Excellent communication style
- Proactive HR generalist
- Holding a CIPD qualification is advantageous but not necessary
- Experience in a similar industry environment including manufacturing, production, or construction where employees are paid on an hourly basis
