We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the employee lifecycle—delivering a seamless experience from onboarding through to offboarding, while supporting a range of HR activities and projects.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle by preparing contracts, offer letters, contract changes, and leaver documentation
- Owning onboarding and offboarding processes, including right-to-work checks, referencing, induction coordination, and IT/equipment set-up
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems and personnel files, ensuring full GDPR compliance
- Working closely with payroll to process starters, leavers, and changes, and supporting monthly payroll checks
- Monitoring absence, holiday, and sickness records, flagging trends or concerns to the Head of HR
- Coordinating probation review timelines and ensuring outcomes are recorded effectively
- Managing the HR inbox, responding to queries, and ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally
- Supporting recruitment activity, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Assisting with reporting, organisation charts, and preparation of people data for leadership teams
- Getting involved in HR projects, including integration and process improvement initiatives
- Handling sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality

What we're looking for
- A proactive and organised administrator with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Previous HR administration experience (desirable but not essential)
