12-month FTC to start ASAP

£28,800, full-time Monday to Friday

Office based whilst training then moving to a hybrid role

If you’re an organised administrator who enjoys working with people, systems, and data, this could be a great next step. You’ll join a collaborative HR team where your focus will be keeping processes running smoothly, ensuring employee information is accurate, and providing a responsive, helpful service across the business.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

What You’ll Get Involved In

  • Supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time
  • Preparing offer packs, contracts, and onboarding documents for new starters
  • Drafting a range of employee communications, including letters related to changes, absence, and leavers
  • Responding to HR-related queries from employees and managers, providing clear guidance and solutions
  • Keeping HR systems up to date, carrying out regular checks to maintain data accuracy
  • Producing reports and supporting the team with HR data and insights
  • Assisting with employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding through to exit processes
  • Helping colleagues navigate HR systems and resolving basic system queries

About You

You’ll enjoy working with detail, take a structured approach to your work, and be confident communicating with people at all levels.

You’ll Likely Bring

  • Experience within an HR or people-focused role
  • Exposure to HR systems or databases
  • An understanding of HR processes or employment regulations
  • CIPD Level 3 (or an interest in working towards it)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a busy environment
  • Confidence working with systems, spreadsheets, and general office software
  • A strong sense of discretion when handling sensitive information
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively
  • Clear communication skills and a helpful, approachable style
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your workload
