Role: School HR Administrator
Location: Quorn, Leicestershire
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
Duration: Temporary Ongoing
A welcoming school in Quorn is seeking an experienced and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with school-based HR or administration experience who can provide effective support within a busy education setting and start immediately.
The Role
- Managing recruitment administration and safer recruitment checks
- Coordinating onboarding, compliance and induction processes
- Maintaining accurate staff records and HR documentation
- Monitoring staff absence records and updating HR systems
- Supporting staff training and personnel administration
- Responding to HR queries with professionalism and discretion
- Providing general administrative support when required

What We're Looking For
- Previous school-based administration experience (essential)
- Previous HR administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proactive approach and ability to manage a varied workload
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
