To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to come and join our team at our head office in Ibstock, Leicestershire.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance to managers on established HR policies and processes.
  • Manage the administration of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding and employment changes.
  • Process documentation relating to Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity), Long Service awards and employee recognition.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data within the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Carrying out right to work checks, ensuring legal compliance at all times.
  • Monitoring the HR inbox, responding to queries or escalating where appropriate.
  • Managing the probation review process and supporting employee lifecycle administration.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Organised and structured approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive information accurately and confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • The ability to work independently while knowing when to seek support.
