HR Administrator
South Manchester | Hybrid Working | £28,000 - £30,000
I'm currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a well-established business in South Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive HR team where you'll have real ownership of the HR administration function and play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll support the full employee lifecycle, taking responsibility for onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR systems, payroll changes, and employee documentation. You'll manage the HR inbox, respond to employee queries, coordinate inductions, maintain accurate HR records, and support managers with probation, absence, and day-to-day HR administration.
This is a busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in recruitment support, employee events, HR projects, and continuous improvement initiatives, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of their work.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
