HR Administrator

Onsite Role

Loom Talent are partnering with a blue-collar organisation in the search for a HR Administrator to be the driving force of the colleague experience in a busy People team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide first line HR support as part of a team of 5.

The role

  • To be the point of contact for all HR enquiries via phone, email and the HR ticketing system
  • Provide guidance and support to key stakeholders on HR processes such as absence, grievances and disciplinaries ensuring HR compliance and in line with HR best practice.
  • Execute the full employee lifecycle processes from onboarding, contracts and offer letters, as well as maintaining accurate employee records and data input for payroll.
