HR Administrator - Bentley and Lamborghini Grange, Tunbridge Wells
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join the company as the HR Administrator at our stunning Bentley and Lamborghini Grange Tunbridge Wells location.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently while the rest of the team supports other dealerships.
- Full-time office-based position (Monday to Friday) at 37.5 hours per week.
- Flexible start and finish times within office hours.

Requirements
- Highly organized with the ability to plan work and day diligently.
- Confident and thrives on challenging and demanding situations.
- Adheres to tight deadlines and confident to work and communicate with various individuals in the business, including Board Directors.
- Good level of written English, at least a level 4/C (or equivalent) and exceptionally accurate, with good attention to detail.
- Confident in the use of Microsoft, including Word and Excel.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a previous administrative role.
- Full UK driving licence required as the role may require travel to a different company site on occasion.

Typical Day
- Creating contracts of employment
- Inputting and managing the onboarding process on the HR System (Select HR)
- Completing compliance requirements for Right to Work checks and driving licences
- Processing variation to contracts
- Managing the leaver process
- Liaising with the compliance and payroll departments to manage the monthly employee cycle
- Managing and co-coordinating the HR inbox inquiries
- Support and advise on general HR policies and procedures as required
- Create and upload vacancies to job boards
- Transcribing notes from meetings as and when needed
- Attending employee meetings to act as a company witness and digitally recording these meetings
- Monthly report running and distributing these to the rest of the team
- Involvement in department projects including the Annual Awards Event
