Safer Hand Solutions are working with a well-established organisation in Windsor to recruit a Temporary HR Administrator to join their team on an immediate basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR or Recruitment Administrator who is available to start straight away and is looking for a flexible hybrid role. The position is initially for 1 month; however, there is the possibility of an extension and potentially a permanent opportunity for the right candidate, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the HR and recruitment teams
- Managing employee and candidate records
- Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and processing candidate documentation
- Maintaining HR databases and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Assisting with onboarding and compliance checks
- Responding to HR-related queries from employees and candidates
- General HR and recruitment administration duties as required
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator or Recruitment Administrator role
- A current DBS check is essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work to deadlines
- Available to start immediately
