Job Overview

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to join our established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual interested in people who is looking to develop their HR career and do so within one of the largest retail supplier and distributors within the automotive aftermarket across the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up and maintaining personnel files, including chasing missing information
  • Maintaining standard reports on salary, starters and leavers etc.
  • Producing contracts of employment
  • Preparing changes to terms and conditions of employment
  • Processing leavers including calculating outstanding monies
  • Assist with the day to say administration processes for probations, promotions, transfers etc.
