Manchester City Centre £13.46 per hour

Temporary Contract: 24th August 2026 - 30th October 2026

40 Hours per Week

Office-Based | 5 Days per Week

Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm


We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced HR team in Manchester City Centre on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to gain valuable experience within a professional HR environment.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support across a range of HR activities, ensuring employee records, documentation and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems
  • Processing new starter and leaver documentation
  • Preparing contracts, letters and other HR correspondence
  • Managing HR inboxes and responding to employee queries
  • Supporting onboarding and induction processes
  • Organising meetings and maintaining HR calendars
  • Assisting with absence and holiday records
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date
  • Handling confidential employee information with discretion

About You

  • Previous HR administration experience is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
  • Professional, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality
