HR Administrator Full Time | Permanent Cumbernauld | Hybrid Working £30,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
Iconic Resourcing are supporting a well-established organisation in the search for an HR Administrator to join their HR team. This is a varied role where you'll be involved in the day-to-day administration that keeps the employee lifecycle running smoothly, from onboarding and contracts through to payroll support and employee changes. You'll be joining a busy team during a period of positive change, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes and getting stuck in.
Responsibilities
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and employee documentation
- Supporting onboarding, employee changes and leaver processes
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR system data
- Assisting with payroll administration and reporting requirements
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers

About You
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role
- Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with HR systems and sensitive information
- Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do approach
