Are you an organised and proactive HR administrator looking for your next opportunity?
We’re seeking a HR Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting a wide range of HR activities and helping to deliver an excellent employee experience.
The Role
You’ll provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including:
- Providing administration support for the induction process.
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems.
- Supporting managers with HR processes.
- Providing first-line HR support to employees and line managers.
- Liaising with payroll on starters, leavers, and employee changes.
- Benefits administration including pension & health care.
- Producing HR reports and management information.
- Supporting employee engagement activities such as long-service awards.
- Assisting with general HR administration and compliance processes.

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Ideally previous HR administration experience.
- Ideally experience using HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
- A good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and a professional, confidential approach.

Qualifications: Good GCSEs and/or A-Levels, or a relevant degree/equivalent qualification.
