HR Administrator

Full Time, 37.5 hours per week - Monday – Friday

6 month secondment

Supporting the South HRA Cluster Team - HOME BASED

Start date imminent

Salary - £24,944 (Pro Rata)

We are looking for people wishing to start their HR career within a progressive, customer focused environment. You will be part of our Corporate People Team, reporting to the HR Advisor Team Leader providing a first class front line HR Administrative service for our South Cluster. You will be an advocate to the business ensuring that our employee experience is second to none.

What you will do:

  • Acting as a first line support for general administrative HR queries via case management and face to face, providing timely and accurate advice in line with Ramsay HR policy.
  • Working within our Workday and Rostering systems to ensure employee details are maintained and employees are paid correctly
  • Ensuring that all employee compliance checks including professional registrations, DBS and right to work are accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting the induction process and ensuring that new starters have an excellent experience.
  • Attending formal Employee Relations meetings as company witness and note taker.
  • Maintaining sickness absence records
  • Support the wider cluster with HR administrative duties/ad hoc tasks and project work
  • Support site with mandatory training co-ordination and compliance

What you will bring with you:

  • Experience of working in a Administrative role would be an advantage but not essential. Full support and training will be provided
  • Confidence in and experience of working within HR Information Systems would be ideal. However, full training will be provided
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team
  • Strong digital literacy/IT skills
  • Experience of working in a healthcare setting would be an advantage but not essential
