HR Administrator | Central London (Covent Garden) | £29,000 + generous benefits

We're recruiting an HR Administrator for one of central London's best-established adult education providers, an organisation built on a simple idea: bringing people together to enrich lives through learning. Behind the thousands of Londoners who pass through its doors each year sits a busy, supportive HR team, and that's where you come in.

This is a great opportunity for an organised, detail-focused administrator to play a key part in the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you'll support the full employee lifecycle and help keep everything accurate, compliant and running well behind the scenes. You don't need to be a seasoned HR professional; if you're a strong administrator who's keen to learn, we want to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
