Full-time £28,000 per annum
12-month FTC
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing efficient HR support across the business, ensuring employee records, documentation and processes are managed accurately and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely HR administrative support across the business.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents in collaboration with the recruitment team.
- Support HR colleagues with employee documentation and correspondence.
- Respond to HR queries via phone and email, offering helpful first-line support.
- Maintain and audit HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage documentation for employee lifecycle events (e.g. sickness, parental leave, contract changes, leavers).
- Assist employees and managers with the HR system and resolve basic system issues.
- Carry out other HR-related tasks as needed.

Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs (including Maths and English).
- A Levels or equivalent.
- CIPD Level 3 Diploma in HR Practice (or working towards it) - desirable.
- Strong administrative experience in a busy environment.
- Previous HR experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of data protection and GDPR.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service focus.
