37.5 Hours per Week | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Based in Maidstone, Kent
Salary up to £26,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Lead HR Advisor, you will provide high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring an efficient, confidential and professional HR service is delivered to managers and colleagues across KIMS Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Process contractual changes, salary amendments and employee correspondence.
- Administer DBS renewals, probation reviews and the employee leaver process.
- Respond to employment reference requests.
- Support the onboarding and induction of new starters.
- Maintain accurate HR records.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous administration experience within a busy office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
Desirable
- Previous HR administration experience.
- Experience within a healthcare environment.
